STEPHENVILLE, Texas — With the creation of the Texas A&M University System RELLIS Academic Alliance, Antonio Garcia can now earn a degree in criminal justice at Tarleton State University while keeping fuel in his gas tank.

Dr. Mike Leese has been appointed vice president of Tarleton State University’s Division of Student Affairs, effective June 18. Currently associate vice president for the division, he will serve until his retirement at year’s end.
Dr. Kim McCuistion has been named chief of staff to Tarleton State University President F. Dominic Dottavio, effective Aug. 1. She succeeds Dr. Tod A. Farmer, who has been chosen president of Weatherford College.
