STEPHENVILLE, Texas — The Tarleton State University College of Business Administration Law Society hosts “Day with the Courts” on Friday, March 1, at the Erath County Courthouse, 100 W. Washington St. in Stephenville.
All Tarleton students and faculty are invited. The free event kicks off at 12:45 p.m. in the foyer of the courthouse and includes tours and presentations by Erath County and district judges, Erath County officials and local attorneys.
A reception, sponsored by the Erath County Bar Association, follows at 3 p.m.
Students interested in a legal career or just learning more about how the state of Texas judicial system works are encouraged to attend.
Free parking is available on the streets surrounding the courthouse and across from the Erath County Donald R. Jones Justice Center at the corner at the corner of West McNeill Street and South Graham Avenue.
