Tarleton State Spring Choral Concert Set for April 19

STEPHENVILLE, Texas — Tarleton State University’s choral department will present its spring concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 19, in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center Theater featuring the Chamber Choir, Texan Harmony and Texan Riders.

The ensembles, all under the direction of Dr. Troy Robertson, will perform a variety of music, including “Indodana,” a thrilling South African sacred selection arranged by Michael Barrett; “Crabbuckit,” a jazzy pop tune performed by the Good Lovelies; and “Invictus,” composer Joshua Rist’s stirring anthem of determination and hope.

Admission is $5 for adults, or free with a Tarleton State ID.
