Tarleton State Campuses To Close in Observance of Memorial Day

STEPHENVILLE, Texas — In observance of Memorial Day, all Tarleton State University administrative offices will close at noon, Friday, May 22. Normal operating hours will resume Tuesday, May 26.

Tarleton State libraries will be closed Memorial Day. Both will reopen Tuesday, the Dick Smith Library in Stephenville at 7:30 a.m. and the Rickett Library on the Fort Worth campus at 9 a.m.

The Campus Recreation Center will be open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, May 22, and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday before closing for Memorial Day. Campus Rec will reopen Tuesday at 6 a.m.

The University Health Center, Student Counseling Services, offices for the Tarleton Alumni Association and the university’s Welcome Center will be closed on Monday.
