STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State University will close at noon, Friday, March 29, with no classes scheduled for Friday or Monday, April 1.
Multiple areas of the university will operate on modified hours.
The Dick Smith Library on the Stephenville campus will be open 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, before closing Easter Sunday and reopening at noon-1 a.m. Monday. The Rickett Library on the Fort Worth campus will be closed Friday through Sunday and reopen at 9 a.m. Monday.
Campus Recreation will also be closed Sunday. Friday hours are 6 a.m.-7 p.m. The facility will be open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and reopen at 10 a.m. Monday.
The campus dining hall will operate on its regular schedule. The Texans Campus Store in the Barry B. Thompson Student Center will close at noon Friday and reopen Monday at 9 a.m.
