STEPHENVILLE, Texas — Dr. Becky Earlie-Royer from the Texas Department of State Health Services will keynote Monday’s launch ceremony for Tarleton State University’s observance of National Public Health Week.
The event, themed Public Health is Where You Are, begins at noon in Thompson Student Center 27 on the Stephenville campus.
Tarleton’s celebration of National Public Health Week runs April 4-7 and features several activities, including daily Twitter chat sessions.
Opening-day events include Dr. Earlie-Royer’s presentation on public health workforce development at 1 p.m. and the 2:30 p.m. Texas history walk, both originating in TSC 27. And wait, there’s more:
