Tarleton Hosts Excellence in Research Scholars Symposium

STEPHENVILLE, Texas — Tarleton State University’s Division of Research, Innovation and Economic Development will host the President’s Excellence in Research Scholars Research Symposium on Wednesday, Feb. 9.

PERS awarded approximately $817,000 in funding for 51 student-led research projects that took place from June through August 2021.

The symposium will showcase PERS award winners’ research through poster presentations led by students and oral presentations led by PERS faculty. The poster presentations are open to other faculty and students with research projects.
