STEPHENVILLE, Texas—Tarleton State University’s Career Services Center will host its annual Spring Job Fair Thursday, March 1, allowing students, alumni and the community an opportunity to meet with businesses currently hiring.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and continues until 2 p.m. in the Barry B. Thompson Student Center (TSC) ballrooms. It is a come-and-go event, and appropriate business attire is required. Participants are encouraged to bring their résumé and other applicable materials.

Prior to the job fair, Career Services will host an Employer Success Panel where students can interact with employers on a more personal level and receive career advice. The panel takes place from 9 to 10 a.m. in TSC Room 27. Following the fair, there will be a Post-Job Fair Mixer from 2 to 3 p.m. in TSC 27 for select students to mix and mingle with top job fair partners.

The registration fee is $150 for employers by Feb. 16, and $180 any date following with $75 to have an extra display table. Walk-ups are accepted after the late registration deadline, however, company information will not be included in on-site event materials, and booth location may not be placed in a specific themed area.

The Career Services Center is located in Room 218 of the TSC on the Stephenville campus. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, visit www.tarleton.edu/careerservices.
