Roberto Ortiz has never set foot on the Stephenville campus of Tarleton State University. He’ll be there at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, though, standing on stage addressing his fellow graduates at commencement exercises.
A survey by online business publication 24/7 Wall Street places Tarleton State University in the top 10 schools nationwide with a rise in student applications.
Tarleton State University’s 2018 enrollment remains on pace to support student success, improve the first-year experience and increase applied-learning and research opportunities. Based on the 12th day of class report, 13,122 students are enrolled for the fall semester compared with 13,011 a year ago.
Beginning this fall, completion courses for Tarleton’s RN to BSN entry of its Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program will be available online, allowing registered nurses to take their careers to the next level without taking time away from work.
