Tarleton supporters donate more than $160,000 on Giving Tuesday

Almost 150 donors kicked off the holiday season Tuesday with gifts supporting Tarleton State University students. In total, donors gave $164,173 to colleges, scholarships and student programs and activities, shattering last year’s mark of just over $26,000.

Tarleton faculty awarded TxDOT grant to study rare plants along roadways

 A group of Tarleton State University faculty have received a $92,000 grant from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to develop predictive metrics for the occurrence of 20 rare plants bordering state highways.
