The Department of Fine Arts at Tarleton State University presents percussionist Cameron Leach in a guest artist recital at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, in the Theater of the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center in Stephenville.
In an effort to financially lend a hand to Tarleton State University students whose family members bleed purple, the Tarleton Alumni Association has established the TAA Legacy Scholarship.

Dr. Eric Morrow has been named dean of Tarleton State University’s College of Liberal and Fine Arts, effective Jan. 1. He has served in an interim role for the past year.
Dr. Sally Lewis has been named dean of Tarleton State University’s College of Health Sciences and Human Services, effective Jan. 1. She has served in an interim role since summer 2018.
Dr. Kim Rynearson has been named dean of Tarleton State University’s College of Education, effective Jan. 1. She has served in an interim role since summer.
Lt. Col. (Retired) Jim and Dr. Theresa Mulloy have created a scholarship to benefit Tarleton State University students in the Corps of Cadets.
Children with an interest in acting or other aspects of stage production are invited to participate in Tarleton State University’s Department of Fine Arts Lil’ Theatre classes.
Tarleton State University professor Dr. Sharon Tiffany Bowers has been named a recipient of The Texas A&M University System Chancellor’s Academy of Teacher Educators Award.
