Tarleton State University’s Choral Program presents its first concert of the fall semester, America: Music of History and Aspiration, on Thursday, Oct. 13, in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center Theater.
Tarleton State University’s Department of Fine Arts presents a special concert featuring Tarleton’s two Jazz Ensembles and several student vocalists at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center Auditorium.
The Tarleton State Wind Ensemble will present two concerts this fall to promote the university’s upcoming Centennial Celebration in 2017. Titled, Transitions, the first concert takes place at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 4, in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center Auditorium.
Dr. Heather Hawk, assistant professor of vocal performance at Tarleton State University, captivated a panel of judges and an Austrian audience to win first place at the prestigious American Institute of Musical Studies (AIIMS) Meistersinger Vocal Competition in Graz, Austria.
Tarleton State University’s trumpet ensemble is one of 25 in the U.S. selected to compete March 10 in the prestigious National Trumpet Competition at Columbus State University in Georgia.
Theatre at Tarleton State University presents the musical You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown! Feb. 24 through 27 in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center Auditorium. Performances begin at 7:30 p.m.
