The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents today gave Tarleton State University the go-ahead to invest $2 million toward upgrades at Tarrant County College’s Trinity River Campus.
Tarleton State University will close all facilities for winter break beginning at noon Friday, Dec. 21. Campuses and other operations will reopen Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019.
Tarleton State University social work student Fernanda Valadez has received a $500 scholarship as part of the Fourth Annual Youth Pride event hosted by LGBTQ Saves at First Jefferson Universalist Unitarian Church in Fort Worth.
Almost 150 donors kicked off the holiday season Tuesday with gifts supporting Tarleton State University students. In total, donors gave $164,173 to colleges, scholarships and student programs and activities, shattering last year’s mark of just over $26,000.
Tarleton State University will close for the Thanksgiving holiday beginning at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 21, and reopen for normal business on Monday, Nov. 26. Several departments and facilities, however, will have modified hours to serve students during the holiday weekend.
