Tarleton civil engineering program earns key accreditation

Tarleton State University’s bachelor’s degree program in civil engineering has been accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, the global accreditor of college and university programs in applied and natural science, computing, engineering and engineering technology.

STEPHENVILLE, Texas — Students at Tarleton State University will soon be able to earn an affordable bachelor’s degree in engineering technology that awards credit for past vocational training and coursework at a community college or technical school.
