Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Hosts Tarleton State Day

FORT WORTH, Texas — Tarleton State University invites students, alumni, faculty, staff and friends to the Tarleton State Day at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo on Monday, Jan. 26, 2026.

Wearing Tarleton State apparel provides free general admission to Stock Show grounds beginning at 8 a.m. on Tarleton State Day, Jan. 26, including entry to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History and the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. Students, faculty and staff with a valid Tarleton State ID may purchase one half-price gallery seating for the rodeo at the Dickies Arena Box Office.

Tarleton State alumni and friends will gather for a Tarleton State Alumni Association Reception from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Stagecoach Room at the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibit Hall. Concluding Tarleton State Day at FWSSR, the rodeo performance begins at 7:30 p.m. in Dickies Arena as part of the ProRodeo Tournament (Bracket 2, Round 2). Tickets in the designated Tarleton State sections — 206 through 210 and 221 through 226 — are available at ticketmaster.com.
