Texas Health partners with Tarleton to strengthen Erath County citizens

Tarleton State University students, faculty and community partners have a new opportunity to bolster Erath County’s underserved population. The project, known as Texans Reducing Food Insecurities and Depression, will identify and offer resources to residents age 55 and over who face food insecurity and depression.

Servant, leader, educator Col. Bea M. Marin comes home to Tarleton

U.S. Air Force Col. Bea M. Marin returns to Tarleton State University on Friday, April 26, with the dedication of a statue in her honor. She was a key player in the School of Nursing from 2000 until her death in 2008.

Tarleton developing center to address area mental healthcare shortage

A new center offering psychological consultations and behavioral health resources for children and their families is taking shape at Tarleton State University, after the federal government designated Stephenville as having a provider shortage for mental health services.
