- Satisfactory Academic Performance: Satisfactory academic performance in the College of Business is characterized by meeting established academic standards, and learners encountering challenges can access resources for support, including assistance with filing grade appeals, academic suspension appeals, and other relevant processes.
- COB Academic Grade Appeal: Learners, both graduate and undergraduate, experiencing a grade dispute in an assignment or overall class grade must complete the COB Academic Grade Appeal form; however, it’s important to note that only appeals involving grade miscalculation or unequal treatment relative to other learners will be considered, and disagreements over the content of academic work are not appealable options.
- Undergraduate Suspension Appeals: Undergraduate suspension appeals should reach out to the associate dean of undergraduate programs in the College of Business for more information.
- Graduate Suspension Appeals: Graduate learners in the College of Business at Tarleton State University, facing suspension due to failure to maintain a 3.0 or better GPA, must file a graduate suspension appeal, and continuation in their program is contingent upon approval of the appeal.

- Student Counseling Center:
- The Counseling Center is dedicated to helping students achieve academic success, personal growth, balance and overall well-being. The Student Counseling Center (SCC) provides a variety of free, confidential services.

- Student Organizations:
- Student organizations are an important part of a students development. From the development of soft skills to learning how to work in a team environment, students involved with student organizations have greater opportunity to network with professionals in their field, refine their resume and develop and apply what they’ve learned in the classroom.

- Graduate School:
- Temporary Absence Accommodations: Tarleton handles absence requests for situations like serious illnesses or family emergencies, including deaths of immediate family members. Documentation is required, and requests are made through a form. The Dean of Students Office notifies the student and professors upon receiving all necessary documentation. Approval isn’t guaranteed, and additional information may be requested. If unable to submit personally, a designated person can contact the office on the student’s behalf, providing necessary documentation.

- General Incident Report Form: This form is for reporting alleged violations of the Student Conduct Code to the Dean of Student Administrative Office. It covers non-academic violations such as alcohol, drugs, hazing, physical violence, bullying, or other breaches of university policies, rules, or regulations.
- Academic Integrity Report Form: This form is used when acts of academic integrity are suspected or observed to be violated. These acts include but are not limited to cheating, plagiarism, falsifying official documents, collusion, and general classroom misconduct. Both forms play crucial roles in upholding the standards of conduct and academic integrity at Tarleton.
- Student Complaint and Grievance Form: Tarleton State University prioritizes resolving student concerns promptly and informally. Students are encouraged to address their issues directly with the relevant instructor, staff member, or office. Many problems can be resolved at this stage. If informal resolution is not possible, students have the option to file a formal, written complaint.
- Title IX and Civil Rights Report Form: If you suspect sexual harassment or any form of sex-based discrimination under Title IX at Tarleton State University, you can report the misconduct or file a formal complaint with the Title IX Coordinator or the designated official for the situation.
