Our Mission
“Build a fully functioning entrepreneurial ecosystem through applied research, mentorship, and workforce development providing cohesive and fair support for rural and urban entrepreneurship, promoting quality job creation and enhancing economic resilience and prosperity within the North Central Texas region.” We are based in Stephenville, Texas, in Erath County, and will serve all 16 counties within the North Central Texas Economic Development District (NCTEDD) as well as Bosque, Brown, Comanche, Eastland, Hamilton, Hill, Stephens, and Jack.

To be an all-in-one entrepreneurship, workforce and professional development resource and assistance hub for North Central Texas.
Our Goals
Goal 1: Use available demographic, economic and survey data to generate distillable need-gap analysis reports for regional entrepreneurs and small business owners for business planning decisions.
Goal 2: Adopt synergistic workforce and professional development strategies to ensure that served communities can access necessary skills and develop a workforce-ready pipeline.
Goal 3: Centralize no-to- low-cost digital resources and technical assistance services, including customer discovery, business model development, mentoring and coaching, product-market fit analysis, and business startup and acceleration guidance. We will also provide collaborative space for mentors and coaches to meet and engage with business owners and entrepreneurs.
