Every piece of communication within the business suite that leaves your office carries an identical design and theme. The Office of Marketing and Communications has coordinated the business suite products in a manner that maintains our brand consistency across a wide range of communications and correspondence.
The business suite consistently represents the university to internal and external audiences. The business suite includes branded stationery and digital assets, which include:

Name Tags
Name tags can be purchased from any licensed vendor. Visit https://www.tarleton.edu/licensing/ for guidance on finding a vendor.
A majority of our name tags are purchased from the following vendors, who are familiar with the approved designs.
- Coyote Designs, Stephenville (non-HUB): 254-968-3115 to place your order. Two options are available: 1 5/8″ x 3″ – plastic or 1″ x 3″ – metal nametag with magnetic backing. Prices are $17.50 and $31.00, respectively. Two style options are available, and both include Tarleton State’s logo (contact vendor for further information). Credit card payments or purchase orders are accepted. Vendor is licensed to reproduce Tarleton State’s logo.
- Worldwide Specialty Advertising (HUB – HI/M) – contact Robert Perez at either 817-244-5737 or Robert@wsapromos.com. Name tags are 1 5/8″ x 3″ with magnetic backing. Four style options are available, and all include Tarleton State’s logo (contact vendor for further information). The price is $15.50 (minimum order of 2) plus an art/proof charge. There is a $1 surcharge for the purple & white design. (Single orders are $25.00 plus art/proof charge) Credit card or Purchase Order payment is accepted. Vendor is licensed to reproduce Tarleton State’s logo.
