Institutional Biosafety Standard Operating Procedures; Applicable Risk Management & Safety Policies
The Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) has implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist in uniformity and shared understanding across Tarleton State University laboratories participating in biohazardous research and teaching. The ultimate goal of these SOPs is to reduce overall administrative burden by enabling assurances in protocol registrations, providing guidance to lab managers and new employees, and creating an environment with ease-of-access to information and resources so all Tarleton Texans can work in the safest environment possible.
