W.K. Gordon Center To Host Movie Night Featuring Shirley Temple Classic

STEPHENVILLE, Texas — Tarleton State University’s W.K. Gordon Museum and Research Center in Mingus will host the Shirley Temple classic “Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm” at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9.

In this adaptation of the beloved children’s classic, Rebecca, after being rejected from a radio station audition, is taken to live with her aunt, who bans her from show business. This leaves her with a decision of what to do.

Reservations are not required but are recommended.
