Welcome to the Texan Family!

Claim your University ID (if you don’t remember your University ID, visit here)
Download Microsoft Authenticator, and Activate your Student Email
Register for Texan Orientation– Here you will register for classes, connect with Tarleton faculty and students, explore campus, and get your questions answered.
Apply for Housing– All incoming freshmen are required to live on campus. (If you are a Fort Worth freshman, this is not a required step; see FW off-campus options)
Pick out your Meal Plan– Meal Plans are billed per semester and added to the tuition bill. (This is not a required step if you are a Fort Worth freshman)
Get your Parking Pass– If you’ll be parking on campus you will want to be sure you have this!
Am I TSI exempt? – Find out here.
Submit proof of Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination – Required only if you are under 22 years old.
Submit Final High School Transcript– Students must request their high school send their official transcript to us.
Pay Tuition –Tuition is due 7 days before classes start, not at the time of registration.
Attend Transition Week- T-Week begins with Move-In and continues through the first day of class. Only applies to the Stephenville campus students.

Submit SAT/ACT Scores– Official SAT and ACT test scores must be sent directly from the testing agency.
Complete your FAFSA and Scholarship Application– These applications will give you all your options when it comes to paying for college. (If you’ve already done this, you can check your award status here)

Attend Duck Camp – Learn about Tarleton’s traditions and connect with incoming and current students.
