Mission
The mission of the Office of Academic Advising is to encourage all students to become engaged in their personal development toward achievement of their academic and life goals. We will reach Tarleton students through proactive, holistic, and intentional advising.
Purpose
In collaboration with colleagues and departments across the University, we promote student learning and development, persistence and success.
The Office of Academic Advising has advisors assigned to seven different colleges:

- Education
- Health Sciences
- Liberal and Fine Arts
- Science and Mathematics
- Engineering
Important Dates
Graduation Application for July (Summer) 2024: Open between July 15th and September 15th, 2024
Graduates/Doctoral Registration for Summer/Fall, 2024: October 17th
Priority Registration for Summer/Fall 2024: October 18th
Senior Registration for Summer/Fall, 2024: October 22nd
Junior Registration for Summer/Fall, 2024: October 23rd
Sophomore Registration for Summer/Fall, 2024: October 24
Freshman & Post-Bacc Registration for Summer/Fall, 2024: October 25th
