The following individuals can submit events to the calendar:

Full-time faculty or staff members

Student workers or graduate assistants

Student workers and graduate assistants must have an sw_username account as well as documented supervisor approval to receive access. Contact Computer Help Desk about creating their sw_username account.

Some calendar groups have owners who will require you to submit your events but allow them to approve the events before they are viewable to the public (or Live). Please keep in contact with your calendar group owners.
