Ms. Yourman is a serial entrepreneur with experience in restaurant, retail, e-commerce, CPG (consumer product goods), service industries, and non-profit management. Skilled in operations, process improvement, customer service, public speaking, event planning/management, teamwork and training/development.

Amber graduated Cum Laude from TCU Neeley School of Business with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management.

Prior to her role at Tarleton, she held business support positions at The University of North Texas Health Science Center, Accelerate Fort Worth Foundation, and The DEC Network.

She can conjure a gourmet meal when you think “there’s nothing left to eat.” This skill translates to many industries.
