25Live is the central system for viewing, reserving, and managing campus spaces for classes, events, student organizations, and exams.
University spaces and facilities are designed to support teaching, learning, and student success. Academic testing and university events—such as orientations and FFA activities—are given priority in scheduling, followed by activities sponsored by university departments, affiliated organizations, and registered student organizations.
Reservations for meetings and/or event space in academic buildings/classrooms on the Stephenville and Fort Worth campuses must be requested using the 25Live Event Request System. Sign-in is not required to request rooms.
Non-Academic Spaces
Other use of campus space and facilities may be permitted for activities intended to serve or benefit the university community. Academic classroom space is subject to availability.
- Students wishing to reserve non-academic rooms such as that in the Library, conference rooms, etc. will need to contact those individual areas to request use of those rooms.
- Students who wish to reserve departmental conference rooms should contact department administrative assistants.

Please note that requests submitted before these dates will not be processed until the appropriate window opens. This timeline helps us ensure that academic courses are scheduled first and that space is used efficiently across campus.
