25Live is Tarleton’s centralized scheduling system that supports academic space management and event scheduling across campus. While Ellucian Banner serves as the system of record for course and scheduling data, 25Live manages room inventory, capacities, and availability. This data feeds the Optimizer, which is used to utilize space properly, improve the Space Utilization Efficiency (SUE) score in accordance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), and help ensure courses are placed in appropriate rooms that support pedagogical and instructional success. For final exams, 25Live coordinates room assignments by aligning exam schedules with available spaces, reducing conflicts, and maximizing overall room utilization in coordination with Banner data.
