- Mentoring Program’s Students on Job Prospects and Thesis options
- Approving course substitutions and transfer courses
- Deciding on suspension appeals
- Suggesting, reviewing, and/or defending curriculum changes at various committee meetings
- Marketing and promoting the program
- Overseeing assessment processes for the program
- Coordinating discussions with program faculty for creating, reviewing, and documenting various policies and promotional materials
- Approving published program admission requirements and materials produced by COGs.
