- Form Availability: November 9, 2026 – December 2, 2026
- Where to Access: Student Housing Portal through the Residence Life website (the same portal used to complete your housing application)
- Who Should Complete It: All students living on campus
❄️ Why the Form is Important
Use this form to notify Housing if you:
- Plan to stay on campus during Winter Break
- Are graduating at the end of the Fall semester
- Will not be returning for the Spring semester
- Have any other important housing updates that may affect your Spring assignment
🏠 Winter Break Housing
- Winter Break Stay Fee: $200.00
- Students planning to remain on campus during Winter Break must complete the Winter Break / Spring Intent Form by the deadline.
⚠️ Late Winter Break Stay Requests
- Students who request Winter Break housing after the form closes may be subject to:
- $100.00 Administrative Override Fee
- This fee covers the additional administrative processes required to approve a late request.
