Winter Break Housing

  • If you are planning on staying on-campus over the winter break, the winter break housing request form can be found on the student housing portal
  • The form can be found under the Continuing Students on Campus tab once in the student housing portal.
  • You need to have an approval email sent to you from the Residence Life team in order to stay on campus over winter break.
  • If you complete the form after November 21st, 2025, you will be charged a $200 Winter Break late fee to your Texan Bill Pay. This form will close on Monday, 12/1/25 at 5:00pm. Requests will not be accepted after this date.
