Tarleton State University is proud to offer guided walking tours of the Stephenville campus Monday through Friday. This tour will also include a visit to a housing showroom.

Explore Tarleton State Engineering with a guided tour of the Mayfield College of Engineering.
Discover hands-on learning through industry-inspired instructional labs and learn more about the academic programs, state-of-the-art facilities, and opportunities that prepare students for success.
Agriculture Center Tours
Discover why Agriculture and Natural Resources students thrive at Tarleton State.
Tour the Tarleton State Agriculture Center, explore state-of-the-art teaching laboratories, visit the Purple Tractor merchandising lab, and get an inside look at our greenhouses, livestock arenas, meat lab, equine center, aquaponics facility, and field machinery and fabrication lab.
School Group Tours
Explore Tarleton through a guided walking tour designed for high school students and future Texans. Discover campus traditions, learn about our academic programs, and experience life as a Tarleton Texan firsthand. Groups must include at least 10 students.

Where do Campus Tours Meet?
Tours meet at the Welcome Center, located at 1205 W. Washington Street, Stephenville, TX. If you need further assistance, please contact us at 254-968-9845.
Welcome Center Parking is available in the spaces marked “Welcome Center Parking Only.” Visitor spaces are also available in the same parking lot.
Texan Tips
For a more enjoyable experience, please wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing as tours last for approximately 2 hours.
- Arrive 10 minutes in advance.
- In cases of inclement weather, please contact our office before your visit.
