Camper Drop Off: 7:30 a.m.
Camper Pick Up: 5:30 p.m.
Camper Early Drop Off for $10: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Camper Late Pick Up for $10: 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

ALL WEEKLY BALANCES HAVE TO BE PAID PRIOR TO THE WEEK OF CAMP BEGINNING
Campers will participate in a wide variety of cooperative activities and learning experiences:
- Swimming (Monday- Friday)
- Climbing Wall (Monday – Thursday)
- Arts & Crafts
- Group Fitness
- Planetarium
- Snacks
- Lunch WILL NOT be provided

TexanVille Need to Knows:
Campers must have breakfast (if desired) and bring a sack lunch on the days of attendance. We provide (1) snack daily in the afternoon.
There will be NO camp on the days/holidays in which facilities are closed.
Authorized pick-up – only authorized persons on record will be allowed to pick up enrolled participants. If there is a change in pick-up/drop-off personnel, please contact the TexanVille Kids Camp.
Discipline – it is important for staff to maintain order to ensure the safety of all participants. There will be no: fighting, dishonesty, abusive/foul language, or disrespect to the staff, classmates and/or property.
Payments for TexanVille Kids Camp are expected to be paid at the time of registration. Registrations will not be accepted if payment cannot be made. Payments can be taken care of online. For payment information, please contact Tarleton State Campus Recreation at 254-968-9912.
If your camper attends a TexanVille Kids Camp with a field trip included, your camper must be at the facility no later than 8:30 am on Thursday. Buses will leave promptly at 9:00 am and return around 4:00 pm. There will be no counselors available at the facility during field trip hours. No refunds will be provided if your camper does not arrive at the facility by the scheduled departure time. Campers will be sent home with field trip reminders on the Tuesday of the scheduled field trip week, along with a purple shirt that must be worn on the day of the field trip.
