How do I join a team?

To register you can click on the sign up here button at the top of the page or click on the specific sport above.

How much does it cost?

$10-$50 depending on the sport and division. Specific prices can found above.

What division can I join?

The different types of divisions are Women’s, Men’s, CoRec, Greek Women’s, Greek Men’s, Greek CoRec,and Residence Life.

When is the registration deadline?

League registration will close the Thursday before each season starts. Tournament registration will close the Monday before each tournament starts.

What if I don’t have a team?

If you do not have a team but would like to join one, you can sign yourself up on imleagues.com/tarleton. Once on the website, you can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you would like. You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or you can provide information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team. This does not guarantee that you will be invited to join a team.

Click the sport and league you wish to sign up for. For each division in which you are available to play, click the ‘Register/Sign Up’ button to the right and select ‘Free Agent.’ Enter all necessary information and select ‘Post Listing.’

Sign up for as many divisions as you want, but you may only join one co-ed team per sport.

What are Leagues?

Leagues are where teams compete against each other for a 3-5 week period.

When are games played?

Games will be played Sunday-Thursdays.

When are meetings?

Leagues will have a captain meeting the Thursday before each season starts

What are Tournaments?

Tournaments are 1-2 day competitions.

When are Tournaments?

Tournaments typically take place on Wednesday evenings.

NCAA Student Athletes

Athletes that have participated in an NCAA sport at Tarleton or any other College are not eligible to compete in the intramural sport in which it relates. (NJCAA, NAIA. D3, D2. D1)

These sports include: Flag Football, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball. Soccer, Basketball, Golf, Softball

Red Shirt Athletes are not eligible to play. You have to be removed from the roster to be considered a former athlete.

A full year removed from the sports listed above that a college athlete competed in will then be eligible to participate in that respective sport.

Club Sport Athletes

Tarleton State students participating in Club Sports are limited to a certain amount of participants per team. Please see the “Intramural Rules & Regulations” Tab for more information.

A full year removed from the sports listed above that a club athlete competed in will then be eligible to participate in that respective sport without limitations.
