Please review your financial aid offer and let us know if you have any questions.

Accept

Ready to commit? Accept your financial aid offer at choose.tarleton.edu/aidoffer

Complete

Now it’s time to complete the direct loan process at studentaid.gov, if applicable

Submit

Next, you’ll submit your final high school transcript. You can learn how to submit your transcripts here

5

Pay

Don’t sweat it, you’ve got time! Tuition is due 7 days before classes begin. Learn more about Texan Bill Pay at choose.tarleton.edu/pay

How to Check Your Award Letter

View your award history:

  1. Please log in to your myGateway account
  2. Select DuckTrax
  3. Choose Online Services and Financial Aid
  4. Select Financial Aid
  5. Choose Award History
  6. View either Status or Award

Accept your award:

  1. Log in to your myGateway account
  2. Select New DuckTrax Menu 
  3. Under the Financial Aid menu, click the Financial Aid link 
  4. In the top right corner, make sure you are on the correct aid year 
  5. Select the Offer  tab 
  6. Accept/Decline Award
  7. Select Submit
