How to Apply

Tarleton State University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program participates in the web-based Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service. 

PTCAS applications are made available each year in mid-June for the class that starts in August of the following year.

   • $50 non-refundable processing fee

5. Letters of Recommendation (2)

7. Interviews 
   • Admission interviews are granted by the DPT Admissions Committee by invitation only. Applicants are reviewed on a rolling basis and are selected based on a holistic process.
