HOW TO GET MATHEMATICA
Mathematica is currently installed in the following locations:
- Computer labs
- All instructional spaces on campus.
Mathematica can also be installed on:
TO REQUEST MATHEMATICA ON A CAMPUS MACHINE
- To install in a campus computer lab or classroom, call the CLSS helpdesk at x1934 or use the Helpdesk Ticket System
- To install in an office, call the ITS helpdesk, call the ITS helpdesk at x9885 or use the Helpdesk Ticket System
FOR FACULTY – INSTALL ON PERSONALLY OWNED DEVICES:
- Create an account (New users only):
1. Go to user.wolfram.com and click “Create Account”
2. Fill out form using a @tarleton.edu email, and click “Create Wolfram ID”
3. Check your email and click the link to validate your Wolfram ID - Fill out this form to request a home-use license from Wolfram.
FOR STUDENTS – INSTALL ON PERSONALLY OWNED DEVICES:
Follow the directions below to download from the Wolfram User Portal.
- Create an account (New users only):
- Go to user.wolfram.com and click “Create Account”
- Fill out form using a @go.tarleton.edu email, and click “Create Wolfram ID”
- Check your email and click the link to validate your Wolfram ID
- Request the download and key:
- Fill out this form to request an Activation Key
- Click the “Product Summary page” link to access your license
- Click “Get Downloads” and select “Download” next to your platform
- Run the installer on your machine, and enter Activation Key at prompt
MATHEMATICA ONLINE
- Fill out this form to request access
- Go to Mathematica Online and sign in to access Mathematica Online
