I.T.S. Security supports Tarleton’s mission by overseeing the University’s efforts to protect information and information systems with a goal to assure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the University’s electronic information. To achieve this goal the ISO develops policies and procedures and raises security awareness within the campus community.

The Information Security Office ensures that the University is in compliance with Texas Administrative Code Chapter 202, as well as other State and Federal laws dealing with Information Security.
