About the Showcase
What is this event?
The Teaching with Technology Showcase is Tarleton State University’s inaugural event dedicated to exploring and celebrating innovative uses of educational technology. This half-day event brings together faculty, instructors, and staff from across campus to share ideas, demonstrate effective practices, and inspire one another to enhance teaching and learning through technology.
Whether you’re an experienced technology user or just getting started, the Showcase offers something for everyone. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about creative and practical applications of educational technology
- Discover new tools and approaches that can enhance your teaching
- Connect with colleagues who share your interests and challenges
- Exchange ideas and best practices in an interactive, collaborative environment
- Gain inspiration for integrating technology into your courses
The event features presentations, live demonstrations, and ample time for networking and conversation. Our goal is to create a supportive community where Tarleton educators can learn from each other, explore emerging technologies, and discover new possibilities for engaging students and improving learning outcomes.
