You Can Help a Texan

Learn how to recognize warning signs of worsening mental health concerns and step-by-step instructions on how you can help a Texan who’s struggling, how to have difficult conversations, and resources available to help. This workshop is approximately 90 minutes long, and is designed for students helping students. A similar version is available for faculty/staff helping students.

Red Flags (& What To Do About Them) Workshop

Unwind Workshop

Foundations of Wellbeing Workshop

Topics include sleep hygiene, healthy relationships / social life, mindfulness and relaxation, hobbies and interests and more. Topics vary for each session depending on the request.

Blue Phoenix Peer Support Community

(Formerly known as the Sorta Social Peer Support Community)

Residential Leader Peer Support Community
