Camp Times: 9am – 12 pm
Age of Campers: 6th – 12th grade
This camp introduces students to the essential concepts of modern manufacturing through engaging, hands-on activities. Participants will explore how components are systematically organized, assembled, and brought to life in form of a product, learning about production flows and the critical role of teamwork. Guided simulations will demonstrate the importance of efficient material handling and workflow management in creating high-quality outcomes. Students will also investigate quality control, inspection techniques, and troubleshooting methods to maintain standards throughout the process. Through collaborative challenges, they will experience the step-by-step coordination required in a real
production environment. By the end, students will gain practical insight into manufacturing systems,
the processes that transform components into finished products, and be introduced to manufacturing career pathways
