Camp Dates: 6/10-6/12
Camp Times: 9 am – 12 pm
Age of Campers: 6th- 12th grade
This camp offers students a hands-on, team-based introduction to the world of engineering,
design, and manufacturing. Participants gain experience in 3D modeling, simulation, and production, learning how engineers use computer software and advanced machinery to create and test their ideas. They explore mechanical and electronic systems, discovering how motion and control work together in technologies found everywhere today. Students also develop an understanding of structural engineering principles and learn how civil and environmental engineers use scientific and mathematical concepts to build safe, effective structures and manage resources responsibly. Throughout the camp, teamwork, creative problem solving, and resource management are emphasized, helping students build skills useful in engineering, science, and many other fields.
