What is C-me? 

C-me is a behavioral profiling solution that helps teams grow and communicate better with each other. Through the four-hour session, Tarleton’s trained facilitators will guide your team in better understanding each other’s communication styles, the value of different approaches, how to recognize their own strengths as well as others, and so much more.  

What is the cost to participate in a C-me workshop?

Approximately $100/ person and includes the behavior profile assessment as well as communication blocks and wristbands. The Department of People & Culture cover the facilitator and supplies needed for the workshop. 

How do I get my team registered for a workshop?

Please complete our Training Request Form and someone from our Employee Development team will reach out with next steps. 

Do I have to do this with my team or can I take it individually?

While anyone is welcome to purchase and complete the assessment, we do reserve the team building workshops for teams of up to 20 people at a time.
