One of the things I enjoy about Tarleton is the community. I truly enjoy working with other people in addition to the ones in my college. In my role as assistant dean, I have to communicate to people from other Departments, Colleges or Offices. My job requires teamwork. That is incredible and love it! Most of all, I get to work with very talented, unique and amazing students; the engineering ambassadors who are under my responsibility.

Manager of Instructional and AV Technology Support

I lead a team of experts in leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience. I’ve been a part of the Tarleton community in various capacities since 2009. I began as a student in Fall 2009, volunteered as a Texan Rep, and later accepted a role in the Welcome Center in May 2010. I enjoy being able to influence the impact our community has on our students. Guiding faculty and staff through technology-enhanced practices and being part of students’ academic journeys is incredibly rewarding.

Dawn Ann Wilson

Director, Employee Support

I serve Tarleton as the Director of Employee Support, overseeing the local administration of our employee benefit, leave and wellness programs, employee accommodations, payroll and immigration processes for staff and faculty. My employment with Tarleton began in January of 2008. I have been privileged to be a part of the Tarleton family for almost 18 years. I love being a part of a larger purpose – educating students and conducting research, that will impact generations to come.
