Packing A First Aid Kit

What to Pack
- Antiseptic Skin Cleanser
- Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for pain relief and fever
- Decongestant (Sudafed)
- Triple Antibiotic Ointment
- Antihistamine for itching, allergies (Benadryl, Claritin, Zyrtec)
- Antacid Tablets or liquid for upset stomach (Tums, Dramamine)
- Band-Aids in assorted sizes
