August and December ticket information will be posted at a later date.
Undergraduate and Graduate students will be allotted 16 tickets per student. All guests, including children age 2 and older, must have a ticket to gain entry to the commencement ceremonies. The participating student is responsible for picking up tickets for his/her guests. Only students who applied for graduation by the commencement participation deadline will be able to pick up tickets.
All students will be require to show picture ID before tickets are released.
Ticket distribution will begin Monday, April 24th at 1:00 PM in the locations listed below. Only students who have filed for graduation prior to the commencement participation deadline are guaranteed to participate in the ceremony and be allocated tickets. Undergraduate and graduate students will receive 16 tickets. Students will be required to show picture ID before tickets are released.
Distribution will cease at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 5th. Any tickets not picked up by 5:00 pm will be made available on a first come, first served basis the following week.
Extra Ticket Distribution will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 8th and 8:00 AM on Tuesday, May 9th. Extra Ticket Distribution will take place in the same locations. Only students who have filed for graduation prior to the commencement participation deadline will be eligible for extra tickets. Undergraduates and Graduates may receive an allotment of up to 4 additional tickets for a maximum of 20 tickets total (16 original allotment + 4 extra) as available.
Extra Ticket Distribution will cease at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 9th or when all tickets have been distributed.
Tickets for Guests with Disabilities
Limited seating is available for guests requiring special accommodations. Graduates must apply for disability seating for their guest(s).
Allotted tickets (1 guest/1 chaperon = 2 total) may be exchanged for each guest requiring disability seating. The total number of allotted tickets per graduate will not change.
Seating for disabled guests will be located on the mezzanine level on the home side of Memorial Stadium and ground level, tent seating in the north endzone.
