May 2026 Ticket Information

All guests will be required to have a ticket. Tickets are not required for children under the age of 2 years old. The child must sit in an adult’s lap and can’t occupy an individual seat. Tickets for ceremonies will NOT be available after the ticket distribution period ends on Thursday, April 30. See the ticket distribution locations and processes on the Commencement Tickets page.

Indoor overflow viewing will be available on the Stephenville campus in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis for non-ticketed guests to watch the ceremony livestream and celebrate with their graduates afterward. 

August 2026 and December 2026 ticket information will be posted at a later date.

Ticket Distribution

Tickets are required for ceremonies in the EECU Center. Each graduate, who applied by the deadline, has a graduation application on file, and meets all requirements, will receive 12 tickets. There will be no extra tickets distributed

GRADUATES MUST PICK UP TICKETS DURING THE TICKET DISTRIBUTION PERIOD. Tickets will NOT be available after the ticket distribution period ends.

Distribution begins Monday, April 13 at 1 PM in the locations listed below.

• All students who applied for graduation by the deadline, has a graduation application on file, and meet eligibility requirements, may participate in their ceremony. Participation is optional.
• Undergraduate students will receive 12 tickets for their ceremony.
• Graduate students will receive 12 tickets for their ceremony.
• Students will be required to show picture ID before tickets are released.
• Students who are unable to pick up tickets from the designated location during the distribution period, should contact their college/campus ticket contact (listed below) to make arrangements for tickets.

Distribution ends at 5 PM on Thursday, April 30

• Tickets MUST be picked up by 5 PM.

NO EXTRA TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE INDOOR CEREMONY.

GRADUATE STUDENTS: Tickets for ALL graduate students, including distance learners, (all campuses) will be distributed by the College of Graduate Studies on the Stephenville campus.

ONLINE/DISTANCE LEARNING STUDENTS: Tickets for undergraduate Distance Learning students will be distributed by the academic Colleges on the Stephenville campus. Distance Learners should reach out to academic colleges regarding ticketing questions.
