Information for Partners
We are always looking for internship opportunities for our students. We welcome nonprofits, businesses, government agencies and any other institution that can use help with their communication and outreach needs. Our students are eager to learn and apply their skills. Capstone Student Group
As part of a capstone course (COMM 4325) students work on a team project with an actual professional client. We are always looking for projects and supervisors. If you are interested in having a team help you with a communications need, an application and more information are provided below:
Individual Intern
As part of their internship course, a student will be matched with an internship partner for a semester, either paid or unpaid. More detailed information and the application are listed below:
Support for Unpaid Internship
Tarleton State students in the College of Liberal and Fine Arts who take on an unpaid internship are eligible to receive funding to support travel, wardrobe, meals, incidentals, and other expenses related to the internship. Support comes from donors and the President’s Circle to the RELIEF fund. More information can be found here.
