What is Institutional Analytics?
Institutional Analytics involves developing and delivering reports, dashboards, models, and other analytical content suitable for university business and administrative use. It aims to inform and improve university planning, management, decision-making, and accountability. It includes descriptive (what happened?), diagnostic (why did it happen?), predictive (what will happen?), and prescriptive (how can it be made to happen?) analytics.

- Leverage analytics tools and techniques to provide accurate, timely, and relevant information useful for university planning, management, decision-making, and accountability.
- Increase understandability and usage of analytics resources across the university by presenting data and insights clearly and understandably, utilizing visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate comprehension and effective information communication.
- Establish and maintain consistent analytics standards and processes to define the level, quality, reliability, and value of analytics resources.
- Enable the monitoring and measurement of performance against established metrics to provide insights into performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate continuous improvement.
