Work Hours for Employees in Student Titles
Undergraduate & Graduate Assistants Working Hours
Undergraduates
- Maximum 20-25 hours per week
Graduates
- Maximum 20-25 hours per week
- Maximum 5 hours per day
Spring Break & Summer
- 20-25 hours per week (reach out to Student Employment for exceptions)
Winter Break
- 40 hours per week
Students with Multiple Campus Jobs
- Total hours cannot exceed university maximums.
- Working hours from both jobs must equal a total of 20-25 hours per week, not per job.
Work Study & Intern 2 Learn Working Hours
- Work Study & Intern 2 Learn
- 20-25 hours per week
