5

Show it at the gate Open your wallet app, pull up the pass

Open your wallet app, pull up the pass, and hold it out to be scanned. That one pass gets you into all Tarleton State home athletic events it covers — no printing, no picking up tickets, no separate ticket for each game.

IF SOMETHING DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT

No “Add to Wallet” button? You’re probably on a desktop or tablet browser. Open the site on your phone instead.

No pass showing under My Account? Make sure you signed in with SSO and not a personal email account, then refresh the page.

Pass not scanning at the gate? Turn your screen brightness up and pull the pass from your wallet app rather than a screenshot — screenshots will not scan.

Still stuck? Stop by or contact the Athletic Ticket Office and we’ll get it sorted before kickoff or tip-off.
